Club Philosophy
Our goal is to ensure that Kempston Rovers Colts & Girls is the most respected community club in Bedfordshire and a flagship for Bedfordshire FA.
We want to create a lasting legacy for anyone who comes into contact with our club and for them to develop a lifelong association whether as players, coaches, officials or supporters.
The youth section is therefore a key part of our strategy to build up the club and will be closely integrated into the senior section.
Our philosophy provides direction, purpose and guidance to the process of coaching young players. We want to provide all boys and girls the maximum opportunity to develop their football, personal, social, educational and sporting skills to their full potential with the children’s welfare and enjoyment a priority in all decisions we make.
Who We Are
Kempston Rovers Colts & Girls Football Club is an England Football 3-Star Accredited Club.
The England Football accreditation is a clear demonstration that the Club is well organised, safe and offers opportunities for all.
We are one of only a handful of clubs in the area with a pathway and opportunity to progress from mini soccer at Under 7 through to open age football with our first team.
We have FA qualified coaches as standard, we prioritise child welfare and we adhere to FA respect policies and codes of conduct.
There are three levels of accreditation for clubs and we have been awarded with the most advanced level of club development and football provision.
